About me
Hi my name is Ros shortly after qualifying as a clinical aromatherapist in 2013. I qualified in Reflexology late 1990's, with Swedish massage, and anatomy and physiology. I am able to offer a reflexology treatments with aromatherapy and hot stones, all treatments are tailored to your personal requirements.
Plants have always fascinated me, I started my career as a Seed Analyst and Crop Inspector and have continued my interest into my approach to therapy, how the human body responds to essential oils used in Aromatherapy, and the way the mind does too (but I promise not to bore you with all the Latin names!).
I have lived in Thame for over 20 years and have offered reflexology at various local charitable events.
Continuous professional development is essential when offering treatments to keep up to date and aware of events, courses taken, Chris Stormer- foot reading,
Jane Sheehan- understanding the feet, Ellisons- hot stones, Penny Price- aromatherapy with pain, Sally Earlam hot stone reflexology , VRT, vertical reflexology treatment, using reflexology on top of the feet whilst the client is standing , Precision Reflexology and recently RLD reflexology lymphatic drainage.
Aromatherapy and reflexology are combined with my treatment, as I feel they complement and benefit the client.
